Chief Executive Officer

Richard Winterbourne

Richard is a highly experienced entrepreneur with over 35 years’ experience working with leading businesses in the healthcare, IT and property development sectors. He began his career advising companies such as IBM and Honeywell on effective sales and implementation solutions for a range of manufacturing systems for client organisations in the UK and Europe.

After 5 years in the IT space, Richard saw an opportunity to disrupt the very traditional business of personal healthcare. This opportunity led Richard raise financing to purchase and create a group of care homes across the South of England. These care facilities were different from existing solutions as they worked very closely with local authorities, including KCC, ESCC and WSCC, to develop and provide affordable healthcare services that directly reflected the needs of local populations.

Since 2005, Richard entered the commercial property sector specialising in land acquisition, qualification and development in conjunction with some of the world’s leading hotel brands including IHG, Rosewood and Accor.

Chief Operating Officer

Adam Hill

Adam is a serial entrepreneur, with a strong background in marketing, IT and systems architecture and over 25 years’ experience creating and executing profitable commercial strategies that fuel business growth while building trusted and valuable brands.

Formerly Global Head of Marketing at Saxo Bank, Adam has provided strategic advice, software solutions and marketing advice to companies such as Bupa GlobalHotspot FXFXCMMaerskMarex SpectronGain Capital, and Oanda among others.

Adam is now Chief Operating Officer at Haush, a member of the Executive Board as well as a senior executive at JPFS.com and SGT.

Chief Financial Officer

Peter Kristensen

Peter has an accumulated financial markets experience of over 35 years. His career began with a small Danish bank in 1986 and by the mid 1990s he was working for Saxo Bank, one of the pioneers of the online trading industry where he became the Global Co-Head of Sales Trading and Technical Analysis.

He was then seconded to Synthesis Bank, now Saxo Bank Switzerland, to develop the bank's commercial strategy and establish their presence in the online trading world. In 2006, Peter left the bank and established JP Fund Services and JP Fund Administration in Switzerland.

Peter is now Chief Financial Officer and was appointed to the Executive Board in January 2023 and is a senior executive at JPFS.com and SGT.

Head of Treasury Management

Martyn Price

Martyn is an experienced financial services professional of 30+ years, who started his career at a Global Macro Fund, before moving into banking at Chemical Bank, Bank of America, Bank of Ireland, & Bank of Butterfield managing trading and sales teams, proprietary trading, market making, and advisory to banking clients. In 2002 Martyn co-founded an investment management company, where he developed and managed a systematic strategy. He promoted the company’s “outsourced Trade Desk” for brokerages, generating $100+ million in profits through active dealing and risk management. Martyn founded SGT in 2006 and is Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Executive Board.

Martyn is a Head of Treasury at Haush and was appointed to the Executive Board in January 2023 and is a senior executive at JPFS.com and SGT.

Head of Project Finance

Hilton Supra

Hilton's career in finance started at Swiss Bank Corp in the 1980s developing growth in quantitative approaches to financial markets on the London Traded Options Market. Subsequent posts included Morgan Grenfell, and then Deutsche Bank as Senior Associate Director.

In 2001, Hilton joined EIM UK, one of the most influential fund of hedge funds run by Arpad Busson “Arki” where Hilton assumed the role of Head of Institutions in Northern Europe, where he managed substantial portfolios totalling $2.4 billion in AUM.

In 2012 he became the International Marketing Director at Cheyne Capital International, where he spearheaded the expansion of institutional credit solutions across various regions in the Nordics and Africa.

In 2023, Hilton joined Haush and leads the Project Finance team.

Head of Technology

Dr. Joanna Oliver

Jo, a biochemist and molecular biologist by training, has over 35 years’ experience of technology company development having held executive positions in various small and medium-sized organisations. Jo has founded and operated various technology-based businesses, so brings first-hand knowledge and experience of commercialisation, manufacturing, financing, and complex project delivery.

Jo has sat on several UK Government Foresight Panels, including as Chair of the Marine Biotechnology Panel, in addition to developing a roadmap for the commercialisation of the UK science base. Over the past 20 years Jo has worked extensively in investment often acting as a ‘translator’ between technologists and financiers, and has had a lead role in securing >£580 million of equity investment.

Since 2016, Jo has acted as an expert evaluator for the European Commission, assessing the technological, commercial, and financial aspects of over 300 multi-million Euro applications to the European Innovation Council and SME Executive Agency, in addition to conducting pre-investment technical and financial due diligence and external project monitoring.

In recent years Jo has become heavily involved in the green energy space, and is working with Haush to deliver a global portfolio of exciting renewable energy projects.

Project Manager

Jack Siddons Carew

Jack started his career as a project manager in the insurance industry at companies such as LV and AXA insurance where he developed his abilities to manage and oversee complex projects, while advising on new commercial opportunities.

Jack’s experience has seen him oversee the production and approval of project plans, ensuring that all activities are identified and appropriately organized to deliver program and project objectives. At the same time, Jack has consistently developed his ability to build relationships, overcome objections and find commercially viable solutions.
